Letter of Intent Instructions

A Letter of Intent (LOI) is required prior to applying. It is a one-page project description on company letterhead and needs to identify the:

The Letter of Intent should also indicate if you need help to identify a research partner in New Hampshireor should state who your research partner will be, including the name of their NH academic institution.

There is a limit of one letter/project per company and company representative must sign it. Please email the LOI to NHIRC.info@unh.edu no later than Thursday May 4, 2017, 5:00 pm EST.

Note: The NHIRC is using a new internal secure portal system, InfoReady Review, for the spring 2017 solicitations. Once a Letter of Intent is submitted to the email address above, an email will be sent to the applicant with instructions for setting up an account on the InfoReady Review system. Applications (including cover sheet, conflict of interest form, proposal narrative, budget sheet, and proposal outcomes form) must be submitted via the InfoReadyReview system.
